CEOCEOTalaya Waller, President Talaya Waller, earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Business Management- Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University. She is a serial entrepreneur who started her first business at the age of 16. Her recent business Young Jax Promotions, LLC, which is an events marketing company that targets young professionals, was started this year (2010). Her professional experiences include working with both governmental and non-governmental agencies. Talaya is also a influential networker and is very involved with the local, state, and national communities. Some of her volunteer work includes volunteering as a mentor for at-risk children and her company, Young Jax Promotions donates a percentage of their proceeds to a different non-profit every month. Some of her hobbies includes golfing, shopping, and playing the violin. "When Alice in Wonderland meets a living chess piece called the Red Queen, the two run together, but their surroundings dont change. The Queen tells Alice that to get anywhere else, she must run twice as fast. Business follows this principle: Only continuing development allows a company to maintain its fitness relative to others, and the only option in todays environment is to keep running as fast as possible." Vanessa Fleury, PRVanessa M. Fleury is a graduate of the University of North Florida where she received her Bachelor of Science in Communication with a Public Relations concentration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a French minor December 2009. She came to Young Jax Promotions in April 2010 as the Public Relations Director.She is of Haitian decent and originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is fluent in French, English and Creole. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She enjoys planning events, socializing traveling,dancing and keeping up with current events.If Vanessa was a chess piece she would be the castle. Public Relations is the castle because it is the walls of the company and its what people see from the outside.
